Data rights request
Use this form to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to withdraw a consent you gave us, to nominate someone to act for you, or to raise a grievance. These are your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You do not need an account with us.
If a business messaged you on WhatsApp, RCS or email using Splashify Pro, we hold your details on their behalf. Tell us below and we will identify the business and act with them. You can also just ask them directly. You do not have to do both.
What happens next
- You get a reference number. Keep it. You can check progress with it and the contact detail you filed under.
- We verify that the request is really yours, by replying on the email address or phone number you gave. We ask for identity documents only where the request would otherwise disclose someone else's data.
- We respond within 30 days. Where verification takes time, the 30 days runs from when verification completes.
- If we cannot do what you asked. For example, tax law requires us to keep invoice records for eight years. We will tell you which part we cannot do and why.
If you are not satisfied
Escalate to our Grievance Officer at [email protected]. If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India. Details of both are in our Privacy Notice.
